Hire talent for your business and make £57,000 worth of wider good happen.
At Standing Tall, we’re introducing talented candidates into responsible businesses including Network Rail, ISS, Barclays, Taziker, Amey, and M. Lambe Construction.
80% of the people we’re helping are in the same job one year later.
The people we help have been through homelessness.
So when you hire with us, you’re making other good stuff happen.
Making at least £57,000 of good happen.
How did we work this out?
Well, we took data from ‘Monetising the Social Benefits of reducing rough sleeping’, a document published by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
Enabling a person to leave homelessness for good means we’re creating benefits savings and tax and spending gain, reducing use of homeless support services, improving the person's wellbeing and reducing the use of employment services.
That’s £57,000 for each person we’re helping.
Our model is really working.
It’s the combination of a stable job, a safe home and 12 months of support that’s providing a realistic pathway to leave homelessness for good.
