People are at the core of any business and it's no different at Lambes. We have to look at new avenues and one of those avenues is obviously looking at people who've experienced homelessness or other challenges in their life.

So private businesses like ours, if we all step up, we can actually make a pretty sizeable difference to people's lives.

We thought it was a great initiative to give back to society really — and really give the the guys and girls a leg up in society and help where we can.
